Hi, I'm Jaz
(they/them)
Victims Services NSW & ACT, Redress Scheme, Private Health, Work Cover, Sira Provider
I offer trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and neuro affirming counselling for adults across Australia.

Whether you're exploring counselling for the first time, or you're ready to take the next step, you're in the right place as I am here for people seeking meaningful and grounded support.

Sessions are compassionate, confidential, and guided at your pace. I work with people navigating complex trauma, grief and loss, relational wounds, and identity-based stress.
About Me
As a clinical counsellor with experience working across both community and private sectors throughout Australia, I specialise in supporting adults navigating challenges related to substance use, mental health, sexual assault, domestic and family violence, family estrangement, burnout, and trauma.

I’m deeply committed to creating a counselling space that feels safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental - where people feel truly heard, respected, and supported. I bring a trauma-informed, intersectional, harm-reduction, and neuroaffirming approach to my work, and I’m passionate about working in ways that affirm LGBTQIA+ identities and honour cultural and individual diversity.

I welcome adults who are seeking support for their own healing, as well as those who are holding space or caring for others impacted by trauma.

My practice is grounded in collaborative and person-centred care. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, adapting each session to meet your unique needs and goals. These approaches include:
-
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
-
Client-Centered Therapy
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
-
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
-
Existential Therapy
-
Narrative Therapy

If you’re looking for a counsellor who values authenticity, curiosity, and connection - and someone who will walk alongside you with compassion and care - I’d be honoured to support your journey.
