Appointments can be booked online without upfront payment. Session fees are set individually with your counsellor and invoiced after each appointment, with payment due within 10 days by card or direct deposit. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or missed sessions (“no-shows”) incur a $50 fee. We understand emergencies happen - if a crisis prevents attendance, contact us as soon as possible. If you miss a session and have not contacted us and we have reason to be concerned for your safety, your counsellor may contact your nominated emergency contact or emergency services for a welfare check. All sessions follow professional confidentiality standards and Australian privacy requirements. Your personal information is used only for clinical and administrative purposes. By booking you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
